The NEX QC+ QuantEZ is a benchtop EDXRF system with additional capabilities for empirical calibration and method development, including possibility to use fundamental parameters software. The system comes with an external PC. The NEX QC+ QuantEZ EDXRF system is widely implemented in:

The system is configured with a high-performance silicon drift detector and 50 kV X-ray tube. Measurements in helium atmosphere or vacuum are possible.
