The Rigaku ZSX Primus IVi is a tube-below sequential wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer designed for X-ray analysis of liquids, alloys, and plated metals. The system enables accurate determination of elemental composition while providing the flexibility required for complex sample types.

Used in industries such as metals, electroplating, chemicals, and advanced materials, the ZSX Primus IVi supports reliable quality control and laboratory analysis.

The tube-below configuration allows optimized analysis of liquid and plated samples while maintaining high analytical performance. The instrument features a 30 μm Be tube window, the thinnest standard tube window available, delivering excellent sensitivity for light element detection.

Improved instrument mechanics reduce analysis dead time, increasing measurement throughput and enabling faster multi-element analysis. A high-resolution camera system supports precise point and mapping analysis, allowing users to identify small features and avoid errors caused by measurement placement.
