Micro-Z ULS WDXRF Ultra-Low Sulfur Analyzer
The Rigaku Micro-Z ULS is a wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) analyzer designed for ultra-low sulfur determination in diesel, gasoline, and other fuels. It is widely used in petroleum refining, fuel production, petrochemical industries, and quality control laboratories where reliable sulfur analysis is essential.
By measuring both the sulfur peak and background intensity, the system automatically compensates for background variations, ensuring accurate results and stable calibrations. The Micro-Z ULS complies with ASTM D2622, ISO 20884, and JIS K2541-7 standards.
Product Information
The Micro-Z ULS provides high sensitivity sulfur analysis with a detection limit down to 0.3 ppm. Its fixed optical design operating in a vacuum environment ensures stable and consistent performance.
A specially developed doubly curved RX-9 analyzing crystal enhances measurement sensitivity, allowing accurate detection even at very low sulfur levels. The instrument is designed for simplicity, featuring an intuitive user interface suitable for routine laboratory use.
