ZSX Primus III Next
The Rigaku ZSX Primus III NEXT is a sequential wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer designed for industrial elemental analysis of solid and powder samples. The instrument enables rapid and reliable quality control by determining major and minor elements from beryllium (Be) to curium (Cm).
It is widely used in industries such as cement, mining, metals, chemicals, and advanced materials, where fast and accurate elemental analysis is essential for production control and laboratory testing.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the ZSX Primus III NEXT features a tube-above configuration that minimizes contamination risks and improves system reliability and uptime. The spectrometer supports several turnkey application packages, including pre-installed calibration curves, calibration packages with standard samples, and the SQX master matching library for standardless analysis.
Integrated ZSX Guidance software assists with calibration development, while fast measurement times deliver precise results within minutes. Data sharing capabilities also allow multiple spectrometers across different laboratories to operate using the same calibrations, ensuring consistent analytical performance.
