Supermini
The Rigaku Supermini200 is a high-power benchtop sequential WDXRF spectrometer designed for elemental analysis from oxygen (O) to uranium (U) in a wide range of materials. The instrument is widely used in industries such as mining, cement, metals, environmental laboratories, chemicals, and research, where reliable multi-element analysis is required.
With its compact design and high-resolution performance, the Supermini200 delivers accurate elemental analysis with low detection limits while maintaining a small laboratory footprint.
Product Information
The Supermini200 combines advanced fundamental parameters and empirical software capabilities to provide reliable elemental analysis across diverse sample types. Its high-resolution WDXRF technology ensures precise measurements and excellent analytical performance.
Designed with efficiency in mind, the system offers a low cost of ownership. The only consumable required is P10 gas for the flow proportional detector. The instrument does not require cooling water, plumbing, or an external chiller, significantly reducing maintenance requirements and operating costs.
