NEX DE
The NEX DE features advanced direct-excitation EDXRF spectrometers built for high-level elemental analysis. Powered by a high-intensity X-ray tube, achieving strong analytical performance with increased count rates, greater measurement accuracy and reliable analysis of complex or difficult materials. Their flexibility supports a wide variety of applications, from strict quality control processes to tasks that require precise small-spot analysis. The product line includes the NEX DE and NEX DE VS models. Using variable slit (VS) makes the system ideal for small spot analysis. The NEX DE EDXRF system is widely implemented in:

Capabilities
The NEX DE system enables:
- Elemental analysis from Na to U using empirical calibration, from ppm to percent levels.
System
The systems are configured with a high-performance silicon drift detector and 50 kV X-ray tube. Measurements in helium atmosphere or vacuum are possible. The NEX DE VS includes high-resolution camera, automatic collimators and user-friendly point analysis screen.
